Planning your loved one’s cremation can be overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Our staff is here to support you and help you. To get you started, we’ve provided some helpful information below. But, please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Within Hours of Passing
When a loved one dies at home and they are not receiving hospice care, you’ll need to contact emergency personnel (911) before they can be taken into our care.
If your loved one dies under the care of a physician (at a hospital, nursing home or while receiving hospice care), simply let them know you would like to use All Valley Cremation. They will notify us when it’s appropriate for us to come out and bring your loved one into our care.
If you’re unsure of what to do, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Within a Few Days
You will need to meet with a funeral director to finalize the arrangements for the cremation.
