My mother passed in the wee hours of the morning, and when All Valley Cremation was called, he arrived in about 30 mins! Then I was surprised to find this well-dressed and gentle-demeanor-ed man ("Jim") was the owner, which gave me just a bit more comfort that all would go well. Again, it was Jim I met the next day to proceed with documents and everything, along with seeing what other services or purchases (if any) I needed. He has a beautiful array of cremation urns and urn jewelry. I was always given appointment times so that I never had to wait for anyone else, nor see anyone else for that matter, which was a special touch giving me the sense that I was all that mattered. Jim was(IS) very compassionate, down to earth and personable and I was very grateful that he made this difficult process go so smoothly and compassionately, and quickly.
